Successful advocacy requires satisfying competing interests. Elected officials, the bureaucracy, community leadership- the list is lengthy and getting longer as the internet revolutionizes community activism.
Knowing who talk to, as well as when and how to talk to them, is as important as what you say.
BCI uses Outreach and Strategy to augment its Advocacy efforts. Reducing community opposition reduces the barriers to regulatory approval.
